In this episode I chat with Karoline Edmunds of Dog Mom Mentality. Karoline shares with us her journey on how she helped her reactive dog Layla conquer some of her fears, and gain confidence. How thorough the process of working with Layla, Karoline was able to heal her own mental health struggles, strengthen her own communication skills, and really find confidence within. She has also built a community through social media to share her empowering messages with other dog guardians who may be feeling emotional challenges in their own journey. We chat about how to be more mindful, how journaling really helped her, and how lessons of dog guardianship can really carry into our every day lives.
